Types of Sadra Seal One Seals:
According to their types, these Seals (liners) can consist of several different layers including backing, a thin layer of aluminum and polymer layer sensitive to heat (and adaptive to any container of PET/PE/PP/PVC/Glass) as well as other protective layers. All materials applied in different layers of paper and 1-piece Seals are made from high quality raw materials and are Food Grade, licensing them to be used in any industry like food, personal care and medicines.
1- Induction Seal with Paper Backing:
In Paper-seals, the aluminum foil, after being sealed, adheres well to the mouth of the bottle, prevents leaking of the container’s content, and stops infiltration of air, damp and pollution into it. The paperboard layer then is peeled off from the aluminum foil remaining in the container’s cap making it fasten tightly and re-sealed for repetitive use.
